    • With appearances before: federal and state courts, U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the New York State Division of Human Rights, and the New York City Division of Human Rights

  • Wage & Hour disputes alleging violations of minimum wage, overtime pay, recordkeeping, and child labor provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act, and the New York State Labor Law 

    • With appearances before: federal and state courts, the U.S. Department of Labor (Wage & Hour Division), and the NYS Department of Labor 

 

  • Employment/severance agreements and executive compensation 

    • Restrictive covenants including non-compete and non-solicitation agreements; deferred compensation, commission-based and/or securitized fees and/or bonuses

  • Drafting/preparation of employee handbooks and policy manuals
